Christmas Day at Sriwittayapaknam School in Thailand

It is a normal school day in Thailand

The students at Sriwittayapaknam School have a special start to their school day.

The children are greeted by Santas as they arrive for school

The students come by a variety of methods. By motorcycle, samlor and car.

A samlor is a three-wheeled bicycle taxi with a double seat at the back for passengers.

The children receive sweets (candy) from fairies

The Kindergarten Classes dress up as fairies and a santas

In the middle of the playground is a giant Christmas tree which had been beautifully decorated.
Many of the students come to school wearing party hats and a big smile on their faces.
