X-rays

On 8 November 1895 Wilhelm Röntgen, a German professor of physics, discovered the X-ray, while experimenting with electricity.

Why was the X-ray an important discovery?

Röntgen discovery of the x-ray enabled doctors to have a critical view and photograph of bones and teeth inside the body and thus is a valuable diagnosis tool.
