It is made of a sheep's or a calf's liver, heart and lungs, chopped with onions, seasonng, suet, and oatmeal, and boiled in a bag traditionally made from the stomach of a sheep or calf. What is a traditional Scottish meal? A traditional Scottish meal is neaps (swede), tatties (potato) and haggis washed down with whisky.
